Below are answers to the most common questions about our wigs, shipping, refunds, and store policies. Please review carefully before placing your order.

 

📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does shipping take?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 7-15 business days. Processing time is 1-4 business days before shipment.


Why does shipping take 7-15 days?

BeautyBuyGen ships directly from trusted suppliers through DSers/AliExpress. This allows us to offer high-quality wigs at competitive prices.


Where is my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.


Can I change my shipping address?

Address changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing an order. After this window, orders may already be processing and cannot be updated.


My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.

Please check with neighbors, mailbox areas, front desks, or building management. If still missing, contact the carrier directly.

BeautyBuyGen is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

 

💇🏽♀️ WIG INFORMATION

Do you sell human hair or synthetic wigs?

Yes. BeautyBuyGen offers both human hair and synthetic wigs. Each product page clearly states the wig type.


Can I use heat on my wig?

Human hair wigs: Heat styling is allowed.

Synthetic wigs: Heat should only be used if the wig is labeled heat-friendly.

Always follow the care instructions listed on the product page.

 

🔁 RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS

Can I exchange my wig?

NO. BeautyBuyGen does NOT offer exchanges under any circumstance.

This includes size, color, style, length, density, lace type, or preference changes.


Can I get a replacement?

❌ Replacements are NOT offered for preference-based reasons.

Replacements are considered only for verified damage, defects, or incorrect items and are issued at our sole discretion.

This does NOT count as an exchange.


Can I return a wig?

Refunds are limited and conditional. A return may be considered only if ALL of the following are true:

  • The wig is unused, unworn, untried on, uncut, and unaltered

  • Lace is uncut and intact

  • Original packaging, tags, and wig net are included

  • No odors, makeup, oils, or residue are present

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Written approval is received before returning the item

Items showing any signs of use or handling will be rejected for hygiene reasons.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect and the claim is approved.

 

📸 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the item and packaging

Once verified, we may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Exchanges are never offered.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After that, orders may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
