BeautyBuyGen does NOT offer exchanges or replacements under any circumstance.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Size, length, or density
Lace type or cap construction
Color or style preference
Ordering the wrong item
Changing your mind after purchase
Once an order is placed, it cannot be exchanged or replaced - EVER.
🛑 FINAL SALE POLICY (WIGS & BEAUTY ITEMS)
For hygiene and safety reasons, ALL wigs and beauty items are FINAL SALE once delivered.
The following items are always final sale and NOT eligible for exchange or replacement:
Wigs that have been worn or tried on (including test fitting)
Wigs with cut, trimmed, or altered lace
Wigs that have been brushed, styled, colored, glued, sprayed, or altered
Clearance or sale items
Custom-colored or customized wigs
Wig accessories (caps, combs, adhesives, tools)
🚫 NO exchanges. NO replacements. Refunds are limited and conditional only.
✅ RETURN ELIGIBILITY (REFUNDS ONLY - NO EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS)
Refunds are considered ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met:
The wig has NOT been worn, tried on, brushed, cut, styled, glued, sprayed, or altered in any way
Lace is uncut and fully intact
The item is in original packaging, including wig net, tags, and protective covers
The item is free from odor, makeup, perfume, oils, smoke, or pet hair
A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
Written approval is received from BeautyBuyGen before the item is returned
❌ Returns showing any signs of handling or use will be rejected
❌ Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender
