At BeautyBuyGen, we are committed to providing clean, safe, and high-quality beauty products. Because wigs and beauty items are personal hygiene products, all sales are subject to strict sanitation and safety standards.

By placing an order with BeautyBuyGen, you agree to ALL policies outlined below.

 

🚫 NO EXCHANGES • NO REPLACEMENTS • NO EXCEPTIONS

BeautyBuyGen does NOT offer exchanges or replacements under any circumstance.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Size, length, or density

  • Lace type or cap construction

  • Color or style preference

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Changing your mind after purchase

Once an order is placed, it cannot be exchanged or replaced - EVER.

 

🛑 FINAL SALE POLICY (WIGS & BEAUTY ITEMS)

For hygiene and safety reasons, ALL wigs and beauty items are FINAL SALE once delivered.

The following items are always final sale and NOT eligible for exchange or replacement:

  • Wigs that have been worn or tried on (including test fitting)

  • Wigs with cut, trimmed, or altered lace

  • Wigs that have been brushed, styled, colored, glued, sprayed, or altered

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Custom-colored or customized wigs

  • Wig accessories (caps, combs, adhesives, tools)

🚫 NO exchanges. NO replacements. Refunds are limited and conditional only.

 

✅ RETURN ELIGIBILITY (REFUNDS ONLY - NO EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS)

Refunds are considered ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The wig has NOT been worn, tried on, brushed, cut, styled, glued, sprayed, or altered in any way

  • Lace is uncut and fully intact

  • The item is in original packaging, including wig net, tags, and protective covers

  • The item is free from odor, makeup, perfume, oils, smoke, or pet hair

  • A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Written approval is received from BeautyBuyGen before the item is returned

❌ Returns showing any signs of handling or use will be rejected

❌ Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender

Items must arrive unused, fully intact, and in original condition, with all original packaging included.

 

💳 REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval.

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of wear or use

  • Lace has been cut or altered

  • Hair has been brushed, styled, or modified

  • Odors, residue, oils, or makeup are present

  • Packaging, tags, or accessories are missing

  • The customer ordered incorrectly or selected the wrong item

 

📸 DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video of the item and packaging

Once verified, BeautyBuyGen may issue a refund OR a replacement at our sole discretion.

⏳ ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After 2 hours, orders may already be processing and cannot be canceled.

 

🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping delays do NOT qualify for refunds.

BeautyBuyGen is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or transit issues

  • Stolen packages after delivery confirmation

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will assist with a refund or replacement at our discretion after investigation.

 

📍 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing product descriptions carefully

  • Selecting the correct item before checkout

  • Providing an accurate and complete shipping address
